1. Order review and card authorization

Before capturing payment, a person at PCFitGuide will recheck the exact system’s orderability, source cost, destination tax and shipping, delivery address, payment verification, and the support terms that apply. PCFitGuide targets completing this review within one business day and always before the authorization’s actual capture deadline.

If the request does not pass review, or review cannot be completed before the deadline, PCFitGuide will cancel or release the authorization. Your card issuer controls when a pending hold disappears, so a released authorization may remain visible for a time. PCFitGuide will not substitute a different computer without your approval.

2. Payment, sourcing and delivery

PCFitGuide will capture the authorized payment only after the human review passes. After capture is verified, PCFitGuide will perform one more manual source check. PCFitGuide will place the Newegg source order manually only when the exact item remains orderable and source funding is available. A checkout event never places or pays for a supplier order automatically.

Your checkout authorizes payment to PCFitGuide under these terms. It does not authorize you or PCFitGuide to place a Newegg purchase on your behalf; PCFitGuide separately procures the system as the seller after the review and capture steps above.

The computer is expected to ship directly from Newegg. The carton, label, packing material, or enclosed documents may identify Newegg or ASUS; neutral or PCFitGuide-branded packaging is not promised. A high-value delivery may require an adult signature. Provide an address where the recipient can accept delivery and promptly report an address error.

PCFitGuide will use the current destination-specific estimate available when the source order is placed, provide tracking when Newegg issues it, and communicate a material delay or cancellation. No delivery date is guaranteed.

3. Cancellation and source failure

You may request cancellation before payment capture. PCFitGuide will cancel the order request and release the authorization, subject to the card issuer’s timing. If payment has been captured but procurement has not begun, PCFitGuide will stop procurement and coordinate a full refund.

After procurement begins, PCFitGuide will make a reasonable attempt to stop the supplier shipment. If Newegg can no longer cancel it, the return process below applies after delivery. If the exact source fails after capture and before procurement, PCFitGuide will stop, coordinate a full refund, and will not substitute another system without your approval. PCFitGuide will not describe an unconfirmed release, refund, or supplier cancellation as complete.

4. Return requests

Contact PCFitGuide within 10 calendar days after delivery to request a return, replacement, or help with a defect. PCFitGuide targets acknowledging a complete request within one business day so it can seek the required supplier return authorization within Newegg’s current return period.

If a return is authorized, PCFitGuide will provide the RMA instructions and actual ship-by deadline. Follow those instructions promptly; the supplier’s return-label and receipt deadlines apply to that authorization.

Keep the original carton, internal packing, accessories, manuals, cables, serial and warranty labels, and every other included item during the return period. A non-defective return must be complete and in its original state. Do not modify or tamper with the hardware.

Return eligibility and any freight cost depend on the reason for return, product condition, weight, and the supplier’s terms for that order. PCFitGuide will disclose eligibility and any customer-paid freight before authorizing a discretionary return. A defective item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded; replacement timing and cross-shipment are not promised.

5. Damage, missing items and delivery problems

Inspect the shipment as soon as reasonably practical. When possible, photograph visible carton damage before opening, keep all packaging, and report damage, missing items, or the wrong product promptly—preferably within 48 hours—so PCFitGuide can preserve carrier and supplier evidence.

A report after 48 hours does not automatically waive your rights. PCFitGuide will assess the available evidence, the supplier process, this policy, and applicable law.

6. Support and warranty coordination

The current product listing states a one-year limited warranty for parts and labor. PCFitGuide has not verified that ASUS will accept a direct claim from a PCFitGuide customer, so these terms do not promise a transferable or customer-direct ASUS warranty.

PCFitGuide is your first support contact, retains the source invoice, and coordinates eligible Newegg or ASUS claims. PCFitGuide targets an initial support response within one business day. Diagnosis, repair, replacement, and provider turnaround times depend on the issue and service provider and are not guaranteed.

Referring a matter to Newegg, ASUS, a carrier, or a repair provider does not leave you solely responsible for pursuing that party. PCFitGuide will coordinate the claim, communicate the available remedy, and review any unresolved request under these terms and applicable law. PCFitGuide will fund valid remedies for which it is responsible. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable statutory rights.
